About Jaime

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Regis University. Originally born in Puerto Rico and raised in a military family, I’ve lived in Europe, Central America, and across the United States. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of people, culture, and transition—and they continue to inform the way I show up in my work today. I also offer services in Spanish.

Before stepping into the world of counseling and coaching, I spent years working in the aerospace industry. That chapter of my life taught me focus, structure, and precision—skills I now blend with the deeply human work of healing and transformation. My approach is integrative and heavily rooted in existential and transpersonal perspectives. These frameworks help me guide clients through the moments that make us stop and ask: Why this? Why now? What is the meaning in this experience?

I bring a grounded, lived perspective to the people I serve. My own healing journey—including transformative experiences with psychedelics—reshaped how I understand growth, resilience, and connection. I share pieces of that story only when it genuinely supports someone else’s process. I’ve often been described as warm and calm, someone whose presence alone can offer a sense of steadiness.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals and professionals as they navigate change, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with what truly matters. Whether I’m working with someone on a specific challenge or walking alongside them through a larger life transition, my intention is always the same: to create a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported as they move toward clarity and meaning.
