Do you provide coaching or mental health counseling? I offer coaching services, not mental health counseling or psychotherapy. However, my approach is informed by: A Master’s degree in Counseling from Regis University, and over a decade of experience in the psychedelic, wellness and mental health spaces.These services are non-clinical and focused on education, preparation, integration, and professional development.

What services do you offer related to Psychedelics? I provide psychedelic preparation, integration, and professional consultation services for individuals and facilitators engaged with Colorado’s regulated natural medicine program. My services support safe, intentional, and meaningful experiences before and after working with a licensed psilocybin facilitator. I also provide services for clients and psychedelic guides that are working in the legal space of harm reduction services in the state of Colorado.

Are you qualified to provide consultation for Colorado psilocybin facilitators? Yes. I am qualified to offer consultation services that meet Colorado’s requirements for psilocybin facilitators, including support in competency development, safety practices, ethics, trauma-informed care, and reflective professional growth. I have documented over 200 hours of psilocybin facilitation in the state of Oregon and hold my facilitation license in the state of Oregon.

What is preparation and why is it important? Preparation sessions help you enter a psilocybin or other psychedelic experience with clarity and emotional readiness. These sessions may include: discussing intentions or goals, understanding the process, exploring themes or concerns, reviewing safety considerations, establishing grounding and support practices.

What is integration and how does it work? Integration sessions support you after a psychedelic experience by helping you: understand what happened, examine insights and emotions that arose during the experience, work through challenges, identify supportive practices, apply what you’ve learned to daily life, creating meaningful long-term change where change is needed.

Do you facilitate or administer psilocybin sessions? No. I do not administer psilocybin or provide facilitation services. My role is to support preparation, integration, and professional consultation.

Can I work with you if I’m not in Colorado’s program? Yes. Preparation and integration services can be helpful whether you are: participating in Colorado’s regulated natural medicine program, attending a legal retreat or experience elsewhere, or reflecting on past psychedelic experiences.

Do you offer professional consultation for facilitators and clinicians? Yes. I provide consultation for: psilocybin facilitators, mental health clinicians, healing arts practitioners, training program students, and organizations working in psychedelic-informed spaces. Topics may include ethics, safety, case considerations (non-identifying), scope of practice, and facilitator skill development.

Are sessions confidential? Yes. All sessions follow strict professional confidentiality standards. Information is never shared without your consent unless legally required.

How do sessions take place? Sessions are available via Secure video or In-person in Colorado.

How many preparation or integration sessions do I need? This varies by person. Some benefit from 1–3 focused sessions; others choose ongoing integration support. We can discuss options during our initial meeting.

Is this therapy? No. While my background includes counseling training and extensive experience, the services offered here are coaching, consultation, and psychedelic support—not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
