ZEMI COACHING . FOUNDED BY JAIME R. DAVILA

Remember
who you are.

Helping men and helping professionals reconnect with themselves through community, reflection, integrity, and meaningful growth.

THE QUIET CRISIS

Many spend years becoming who they believed they needed to be.

At some point, they realize they have lost touch with who they truly are.
They feel disconnected. Burned out. Isolated. Flat. Stuck.
The work begins when we stop asking how to become someone new — and start remembering who we are.

Healing happens in community.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

The deepest growth rarely happens alone. We need people who will see us, challenge us, support us, reflect us, and walk alongside us.

- See us

- Support us

- Walk alongside us

- Challenge us

- Reflect us

THE FOUR PATHWAYS

Four ways
to
walk together.

Distinct in form, shared in spirit, each pathway begins with a conversation.

01‍ ‍

Wellness Coaching

For men seeking greater purpose, connection, and aliveness, a slow return to the parts of yourself that have been waiting.

02 ‍

Psychedelic Support

Preparation and integration support rooted in responsibility, reverence, and the slow work of meaning-making.

03

Clinical Consultation & Supervision

For practitioners committed to integrity, self-awareness, and the inner life their work requires of them.

04

Men's Practitioner Alliance

A community where male helping professionals, therapists, coaches, and facilitators can be fully human.

MEET JAIME

A guide, not a guru.

I did not arrive here as a teacher. I arrived as a man who needed help, and was lucky enough to be met by others who had walked further than I had.
For more than sixteen years I have sat in circles of men — quiet rooms and loud ones, mountain weekends and weekly Tuesday calls. Zemi is the home I wished existed when I first began.

CORE BELIEFS

Five quiet convictions.

i.

Remember Who You Are

The work is not to become someone new. It is to remove what was never you.

ii.

Healing Happens in Community.

We were never meant to do this alone. The deepest growth rarely happens in isolation.

iii.

The Work Beneath The Work

What is presented is rarely what is asked
of us. We tend to the layer beneath.

iv.

Authentic Masculinity Matters

A masculinity rooted in responsibility, tenderness, and truth — not performance.

v.

Lived Experience Matters

Decades of practice, not credentials alone. Walked, not theorized.

"The work is not to become someone new. It is to remove what was never you."
