A community for men who hold space
for others.

MEN’S PRACTITIONER ALLIANCE

For therapists, coaches, facilitators, guides, and helping professionals committed to their own growth and integrity.

The men who help others
need help too.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Most of us came to this work because of our own wound. We learned to listen by being unheard, to hold by being dropped, to guide by getting lost. That lineage is sacred — and it asks something of us.
The Alliance exists because the men I most trust in this work all share one thing: they have somewhere to go to be the one held. A room of peers who can ask the hard questions, who don't need a polished version, who remember that the practitioner is also a person.

WHAT WE EXPLORE

Four threads, woven
across the
year.

№ 01

Inner work as professional practice
How our unhealed places shape our work, and how to bring honesty to that lineage.

№ 03

Brotherhood as supervision
Receiving honest reflection from men who know your work and your heart.

№ 02

The ethics of holding space
Boundaries, power, consent, money — the quiet questions that shape who we become.

№ 04

Sustainable rhythm
Building a practice and a life that you do not have to escape from.

WHO THIS IS FOR

If you've spent years tending
to others, this is your turn.

This is for men who are already in the work. Coaches with a roster, therapists with a practice, facilitators who have held rooms. Men who are not looking for techniques, but for community.

HOW TO APPLY

The process.

01.

Begin with a letter.

Tell us, in your own voice, what you do and why you're drawn here. No template. No résumé.

02.

A conversation.

We meet over video for an hour. We talk about your work, your life, what you're carrying.

03.

A mutual decision.

If it feels right on both sides, we welcome you for the next season. If not, we part as friends.

QUESTIONS, GENTLY ANSWERED

Frequently asked.

  • Two hours, every other week, on Zoom. One in-person gathering each season — three to four nights in a quiet place.

  • No. It's a community of practice. We assume you have your craft. We come to deepen the human behind it.

  • We share full details after a conversation. We've designed it to be sustainable, not exclusionary, and we hold a small number of reduced-rate seats each year.

  • If you've been practicing for a few years, are working on yourself in some sustained way, and feel quietly hungry for honest brotherhood — you'll probably know.
